Compared to storing your records in you buildings storage space or renting a self service storage unit, our small business plans can save you up to 50%. The other benefit is you get a full blown records management program. After barcoding and filling out one of our transmittal sheets (available for download in our downloads section), your cartons are ready to go off-site! It is that easy.
If you need a file just fill out our on-line form and we will pull the file and have it ready for you to pick up. With our small business plans, you are allowed one retreival per month at no extra charge.
Can't make it to our facility to pick the file up? Just let us know and we can schedule it for delivery at our standard next day rate.
