Larson Records Management is always concerned with the growing number of attacks made on networks. That is why they have implemented a security program that utilizes RSA SecurID®. This is a two-factor authentication that is based on something you know- a password or PIN- and something you have- an authenticator- . This provides a much more reliable level of user authentication than reusable password. This is the only solution that changes the users password every 60 seconds.

When a customer requests access to their account online, LRM will assign them an RSA SecurID® key fob. This is the authenticator that is required to gain access through the RSA appliance that LRM has installed on their network. Without the correct user ID and PIN, the key fob is useless. After a successful login through the RSA appliance the user will login again through LRM’s online records management software. This requires no downloads or installation of any software on the customers computers.
