Off-Site Remote Data Backup

Larson Records is pleased to announce a new service for data backup and restoration. While this service is not meant to replace the current system of tape rotation, it is meant to be an added layer of data protection and security. Every time a document or other item is accessed or changed by a user, the backup software automatically backs up the newest version to a dedicated, secure server  at our facility. This means you don’t have to worry about scheduled backup times, loss of time while backup occurs, etc., and your company is the only company backing up to a specific box. If you do experience a loss of data, Larson Records can immediately download the latest backup to your server. In the extreme event that your servers are not recoverable due to fire, water or other damage, Larson Records has the capability to remove the box from our facility and have it to your location within hours. You simply plug into your dedicated backup box and can be back up and running quickly.
