Larson Records Management is a family owned and operated off-site records management company. We pride ourselves on the level of service we bring to our clients and the value that we add to their business. Whether you have 20 or 20,000 records you will always receive the highest level of service in the industry. Larson Records Management are members of ARMA International (The Association for Information Management Professionals), PRISM International (Professional Records & Information Services Management) and BCPA (Business Continuity Planners Association).

FACILITY AND STAFF Our facility is fully alarmed and equipped with a state of the art fire suppression system both of which are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by an outside service. Our staff undergoes an intensive pre-employment background check, including driving history and drug screen. Once they are hired on they sign maintenance of confidentiality agreement holding them personally and financially responsible for maintaining customer confidentiality and they are subject to random drug screening.
